Upload photos of the current space you wish to remodel as well as inspirational photos.

We will give you a call to talk about your remodeling dreams and ideas. We will then provide you with a rough estimate to reach those goals.

We will then set up an in person meeting to fine tune your project details, the estimated price range, and to sign a preliminary construction/design contract.

Now is the fun part! We have our designers travel to your house to take measurements, gather all your ideas, and start turning your dreams in to a reality.

We will create a simple floor plan, draft blueprints with engineering if necessary, and render 3-D imaging. This will all be tailored specifically to the client’s wants and needs. Once you are satisfied with the design and layout, we will then complete and sign a final estimate that covers the scope of work.

Once the designs are approved, you will then start choosing specific appliances, hardware, colors, and material. During this time, Ironwood Custom Remodels will be acquiring all permits needed, finalizing the construction schedule, and ordering materials.

The construction phase can now begin. We start by prepping your house with floor protection, dust barriers, and air filters if needed. Once your house is protected, it is then time for demo and remodeling. At the end of each remodel, we have a final walk through to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final project.

Once your dream remodel is completed, you will now be able to enjoy your new space. You will have a 3-year warranty to have us fix any issues that may occur.
